Children and volunteers in matching caps walking hand in hand in a circle on a concrete court, with a hillside neighbourhood behind them.
A community day on the court. Volunteers in caps, everyone else just there.

What we do

Four things, in four places

We are a small United States charity that moves money to Colombian programmes run by people who live there. We do not run parallel operations from Florida. Every programme below is delivered on the ground by Fundación Cloud, our Colombian entity, constituted in 2018.

A completed open-air community building with cane walls, a red metal roof, a concrete floor, desks and chairs.
La Guajira. A finished Transformation Center: cane walls, a corrugated metal roof, a poured slab and desks. The building and every education supply inside it, $20,000.

Flagship

The Real Transformation Center, Medellín

A permanent ministry campus in Medellín — a home for discipleship, leadership training and community programmes that does not depend on rented rooms and borrowed time. We are raising a $500,000 down payment toward a property of approximately $3 million.

This is not temporary relief. It is permanent infrastructure: a place that will still be training leaders in Medellín in twenty years, long after any single campaign has closed.

A dugout canoe pulled up on a gravel bank beside a jungle river, with stilt-house posts and a wooden ladder.
Guapi, Pacific coast. Some of the places we go are reached by river and nothing else.

Why the numbers on this site are small and specific

Most charity websites lead with a big round figure — lives changed, people reached — and no way to check it. We would rather publish the unit costs we actually know and let you do the arithmetic yourself.

A meal in El Calvario costs $5, and we serve 150 people three days a week. That is 450 meals a week. A complete rural Transformation Center cost $20,000, including every exercise book inside it, and that is what the next one costs. A family relief package costs $50 and weighs ten kilos.

Where we cannot count something yet, we say so rather than estimating. That is a slower way to raise money and a better way to keep a donor.

$5 puts a hot meal in front of someone tonight

Or $50 sends a family relief package, or $20,000 builds a school. Every option is on one page, with the price attached.
